Reservations

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. For Spa Packages, a credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.

Please ensure that your mobile phone or any electronic device is switched off prior to entering the Day Spa.  

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice can incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.  

 Late Arrival

Late arrival for your appointment will lessen the time your therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment. Please inform us if you are running late.

 Refund Policy

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
